Defenseman Chris Frank		By Scott Mohler Date: Dec 8, 2004 With the signing of national letters of intent by defenseman Chris Frank (Cowichan Valley, BCHL) and goalie Ryan Mensing (Campbellton, MarJHL) and walk-on defenseman Steve Silver committed, Jim Culhane is over halfway towards finishing the class of 2005. Broncos Illustrated gives you the details on those players, three players for 2006 as well as target areas for the remainder of the 2005 class.
