Biography:
Haas made his NCAA D-1A debut in the season opener last season completing his first three passes. He also saw action against Ball State, Miami and Marshall. He didn't play in any games in 2003 a year the Broncos had six quarterbacks on the team. Haas was redshirted in 2002 and earned Offensive Stallion of the Week (10/21). At Ricks Junior College in 2001 Haas completed 166 out of 290 passes for 2,487 yards and 30 touchdowns. That performance and his 364 yards passing in the Real Dairy Bowl led Ricks to a 10-1 record, a shore of the WSFL title, a #5 ranking in the final National Junior College Athletic Association poll, his selection as the MVP of the Real Dairy Bowl and selections to the All-Region 18 and All-Western States Football League First Team. In high school he earned All-State Honorable Mention and NJCAA Academic All-American. Hass is majoring in General Business.
