Biography:
A redshirt sophomore from Lansing, Michigan. Tyrone played in 2 games in 2001 catching 1 pass for 6 yards. In 2000 he was named the Offensive Stallion of the Year for scout team contributions, he earned Special Teams Stallion of the Week award on October 23 and Offensive Stallion of the Week on October 30. At Sexton High School he was named to the All-Capitol Area Conference First Team, recording 34 catches and 9 touchdowns as a senior. He was listed on the All-Area Dream Team, was the team captain, and set school records for most interceptions and touchdowns in a season.
