| Vince was chosen in the fifth round by the Florida Panthers in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He had many friends and family on hand since the draft took place in his hometown of Toronto. One of WMU's more highly-publicized recruits in recent years. He is a huge fan of the Italian national soccer team and he was glued to the television during the World Cup. He impressed the coaching staff with his passion passion for the game. He is considered a deceptive skater who is quick to the puck, manuevers well in traffic and a strong stickhandler with a heavy slap shot. He was recruited by Clarkson, Ferris State, Mercyhurst and Wayne State. |
