| Hughes is a very promising player who is just at the beginning of his development. Really long at 6-3 and looking very young, Hughes could easily get bigger physically and fill out. If he does, he could be even a high-major player. Right now he has some of the best ball-handling skills of any 6-3 player in the west and very good athleticism. |
